Yes. I just bought a $10 Google play gift card and instantly got an email about PayPal rewards.

I took the risk as I have never made a $5 purchase. In July, under a similar promotion, I made a $3 purchase and got $10 back. Figure I'm playing with house money.

All that said, would PayPal show an active promotion in my account, trigger it when the purchase is made, and not give the points 3-5 days later?

We'll see!

No clue what happened with mine. Bought a $10 Chewy gift card and now under my Rewards section I have two different expired rewards and I never got the pending 1,000 reward points. Oh well 😕

Same here, we'll see what happens.It didn't say expired until hours after I made my purchase so I'll feel pretty ripped off if I don't get it!

Ended up getting a Chipotle gift card but here are some really good games if anyone wants to go that route:

You must use an Android to see the gift card option when searching for it on Google Play.

Error: Can't complete purchase. You don't have access to purchase gift cards at this time.
