New customers can get 4 iPhones or Samsungs for $100 / month including service. This deal is best for existing customers who just want to upgrade with their grandfathered plans. If you know your plan's SOC, you can check if your SOC qualifies on this master list [sprintswac.tk]. Don't ask if your plan qualifies, each plan has tens or hundreds of SOCs and not all SOCs work, even for the same plan. Either check the master list or try doing a test upgrade yourself on t-mobile.com.

If you don't have a trade-in, Samsung S10's can be purchased for $100ish and that nets you $800 promotional value. Stack through T-mobile SIS Costco for additional $35 DCC waiver, $100 Costco GC for upgrading (maybe more or less currently), and 90 days no restocking fee returns.

T-mobile does not publish the end dates of their promotions. No one knows when it will be over, so if you are purchasing a trade-in, make sure you can return it.

They screwed mine up and applied the wrong promotion to my account. I was able to confirm that in here: https://www.t-mobile.com/my-accou...t-activity. Will have to call it in tomorrow Hopefully that link can shed light to others having issues with their orders.

Edit: They sent another text confirming the new(correct) promotion has been applied to my account without me having to intervene.

The trade-in that I did through costco is showing up incorrectly (only $500). How lond did it take for tmobile to correct it and did they correct it by updating the EIP credit or providing the difference in a lump sum amount?

It should be trade-in value of your phone + remaining of $800 in EIP credits over 24 months. For example, if your trade-in phone is value $200, you will get $200 credit after you send in your phone and $25/month eip credit for 24 months.

took about four days. It was corrected after my trade-in was cleared

I am on old Simple Choice plan, and it was showing me both $500 credit and up to $800(or Device on us if less than $800)

Pixel 10 was $599 and I had very old S9+ lying around (i got $400 for it, so effective price for Pixel 10 is $199 + Free Pixel Buds), so I went to Costco T-Mobile kiosk yesterday. The guy there told me that at their end, only $500 credit offer is there. This up to $800(or Device on us if less than $800) is for ONLINE only, he also told me that last day for this up to $800(or Device on us if less than $800) offer is showing Dec-10th.

I came back home and did the deal online. All went well. Also, as the guy said, that up to $800(or Device on us if less than $800) deal is now gone and showing $500 Credit.

So, just want to remind if anyone has done the deal through COSTCO, please make sure if they didn't mess up and did the wrong deal.
