Avoid Aliexpress via Paypal. All, yes ALL, transactions are being processed by Paypal as cash advance! Resulting in Credit Card Issuer inflicting a cash advance transaction fee + accrual of daily interest as high as 28% APR! No way to resolve and all three companies (CC, AE & Paypal) will circle jerk the finger pointing of who is responsible with no solution. Reddit is exploding with many customers getting hit with these fees in the tune of 10's and even 100's of dollars. Avoid!!!

Paying the balance early in Pay Monthly won't violate the terms.

Remove your PayPal account from eBay payment first. Now after making a purchase, it will redirect you to PayPal, pick 'pay in 4' from there.

I click save over in the app, it just blinks, no error message or anything. Says it is available till 8th, so it's not expired. Did I get it or not
Same thing for me. Save offer button does the little spin thing like it's loading for a split second, then just says "save offer" again like I didn't click the button.

If I do it on the website it just redirects me to login and after I log in it's just the main account page with the offer not saved.

Shows me too but if I try to checkout, pay in 4 option says unavailable.
Pay in 4 me stopped showing after Pay Monthly. I've posted in detail about this previously. After a few days passed since I last completed transactions, with neither option showing, suddenly Pay Monthly showed up today and I ordered and am paying off immediately before interest. Pay in 4 hasn't shown back up yet, but I don't really care as long as I can Pay Monthly.

By the way, when I had Pay in 4 available, it always disappeared for hours between my 3 purchases until I lost it for day now after a Walmart immediate cancellation. But I made a nice Walmart order with Pay Monthly and all points are showing. See screenshot I posted earlier. woot

actually it is 6, 5 of pay in 4 and 1 monthly for 3 months. Hopefully I can still use it in December.

If you have received any of your purchases (or possibly even if something has shipped) you might try and pay off the Pay in 4 if that option avails itself in your PayPal account. That might free up the offer again.

Pay in 4 is definitely a gimmick to get people to buy and use PayPal, but they need to keep it under control by exercising limits

You can pay monthly option off immediately? What about the pending points? Do you think they will deny points if it's paid off?

There is no stipulation about carrying the loan to term and there are ways to make prepayment so paying off early should not affect points (CB)

No doubt the Pay Later scheme will work in their favor no matter

People getting too greedy.
I always got cut off for hours after every Pay in 4. And none were very high, 2 were under $100 each.

How does Pay 4 get affected if you receive a partial refund?
That happened to me, and it says "refunded" for that entry, even though only less than $10 of it was refunded due to out of stock item.

However, the points are still pending, so I think it's just removing the points for the refunded amount.

Why would they? They won't earn interest, but then they don't earn interest with Pay in 4, either. I saw nothing in the terms or in the "pay later" info. It just says that they don't start interest until order is partially or fully completed, interest is calculated daily, and there is no penalty for early payment. Right now, all my points still show since paying off hours ago. Some will say, that means nothing. But points still pending means something to me. I am quite confident, or I wouldn't have paid them off early.

I'm wanting to snag the 77" C5 through LG Partner Site, which is $1530, so I can't use the 4 Pay option. Has anyone financed monthly and immediately paid off, there shouldn't be any type of interest accrued or charged right? I guess I'm just concerned that there could be some term that ensures Paypal gets "some" interest

Yes that's the site.
Any precedent in that stacking with any Paypal or CC cashback in the past? I've never used it.

So does this only work if we got an email about it?

When I click save offer on web it just takes me to my offers page but it doesn't show this offer as saved there. Just some other things like $20 off ticketmaster. Should it show up there if it's active?

It should show in Rewards.

I never got an email. I just read about it here and checked my PayPal account. Good times.

Is the Pay Later offer there at all? If not, you don't have it. If you saved it, the box would be there but the "save offer" text would be missing once the offer is saved. The mechanics of the website sometimes take a little while to show what's what. If I click on my 20% pay later box (previously saved) a new window opens showing details and that it is saved. This wasn't the case for a couple days after saving. I couldn't really tell what was up with the offer.
