Avoid Aliexpress via Paypal. All, yes ALL, transactions are being processed by Paypal as cash advance! Resulting in Credit Card Issuer inflicting a cash advance transaction fee + accrual of daily interest as high as 28% APR! No way to resolve and all three companies (CC, AE & Paypal) will circle jerk the finger pointing of who is responsible with no solution. Reddit is exploding with many customers getting hit with these fees in the tune of 10's and even 100's of dollars. Avoid!!!

Paying the balance early in Pay Monthly won't violate the terms.

Remove your PayPal account from eBay payment first. Now after making a purchase, it will redirect you to PayPal, pick 'pay in 4' from there.

How long did it take for the pending points to show up? It's been an hour I wonder if the offer has maxed out

Pending points along with the # of those points have shown up quickly for me, by the time I ever check, they are there.

The only time it said "pending poins" with no # assigned, was when the transaction was rejected immediately by Walmart, which I got zero indication of during the purchase. I only noticed that after I checked emails to see the rejection email notice from Walmart, then went into my purchase history which confirmed it.

Did you get any emails from PayPal about being declined or unusual activity messages? If not, it's more likely to come back sooner.

I actually tried using this with Samsung website and I got approved at the first try. Then I realized I had to change something from my order and then tried the payment again and got this message saying it was declined and the reason being unusual activity. How do I get it back as I don't see the 4 payment option at all now. I'm using my bank account by the way

Chase cards do not work with this deal. I have several linked and they do not show as options at all.

So, we need to wait for at least a week to get that fixed?

I was checking out and selected the pay in 4 and wanted to add a new credit card. It crapped out and now the pay in 4 option is no longer available. does anyone know if it will come back. the longer term one is available with 19.99 apr. Does that still work for the 20% cash back? but I'd rather not have to use that since it's 19.99% apr
Same happened to me Frown

Gift cards would ultimately be denied CB. Terms state "stored value cards" are excluded.

You may get the offer back within 12 hours or two weeks or not at all.
