11/26/2025 10:28am PST Update: This is now limited to ONE transaction, with 20% rewards back up to $1,250. Paypal email memo notes that the promotion for spend on multiple transactions prior to the notification will be honored.
Walmart:
1) you have to make sure Paypal is not a saved method of payment in your wallet. If so, go into your account and remove it
2) When you are in checkout, uncheck the box that says Remember Paypal as a payment option.

Very frustrating
Talked to pay in 4 rep and was told it will be few weeks before you see the option again.
But the third one I should have received 6,000 points and instead got only 1,000. But in all cases the pending was right away.
I suspect yours maybe did not work.

2. Transaction of $500 through urlhasbeenblocked 11/25/2025, failed, and this locked Pay in 4 marking it unavailable.
3. Today 11/26/2025 Pay in 4 became available again just by waiting. Transaction of $500 through Walmart Pay in 4, success.
I think it works out to 1/10 of 1% a day. Or 10 basis points. That makes sense with 35.99% interest over 360 days.
