Avoid Aliexpress via Paypal. All, yes ALL, transactions are being processed by Paypal as cash advance! Resulting in Credit Card Issuer inflicting a cash advance transaction fee + accrual of daily interest as high as 28% APR! No way to resolve and all three companies (CC, AE & Paypal) will circle jerk the finger pointing of who is responsible with no solution. Reddit is exploding with many customers getting hit with these fees in the tune of 10's and even 100's of dollars. Avoid!!!

Paying the balance early in Pay Monthly won't violate the terms.

Remove your PayPal account from eBay payment first. Now after making a purchase, it will redirect you to PayPal, pick 'pay in 4' from there.

I used the offer yesterday to get the AOC OLED monitor at Best Buy (capital one had additional 26% cb for me). I am trying to decide if I should risk another purchase for a GPU at Walmart since I still have the offer still showing in the PayPal app. I wish this kind of stuff would tell you if the cash back was approved and just have you wait a few weeks after the return window to redeem.
Cash back never becomes available before the return window closes through any cash back site. Otherwise people would abuse the hell out of it.

I am trying to use this to buy an LG OLED monitor. Right now paypal has 22% cashback with LG. I tried to see if this had been answered, but does that 22% stack with the 20% pay later promo?
Should work fine, haven't seen any mention in the terms about not combining offers, but you may want to review them.

I just meant that I wish that they would tell you that the transaction was approved/eligible instead of just pending but they can still not let you redeem the cashback until after the return window. Right now, most cashback websites don't let you know anything except they see the order, but they could decide 3 months later the transaction is not eligible.

The original offer contains ambiguous statements. While the $250 cap statement is somewhat clear on its own, there are other sentences within the text that offer confusion. The missing component is that it is not entirely clear whether limits are set "per transaction" or "per account". Throughout the offer, the transaction and the account are not clearly defined. This provides the basis for at the very least misunderstanding. It's that simple. Go ask Mom.
no it does not, you guys are looking for problems because one commenter said a third party customer service rep told him it was $5000. It woukd have said $5000.

im trying to understand your guys angle but it makes no sense it didnt make sense from day one, maybe those of you showing cashback on ourchases exceeding 1250, will be corrected.

If they wanted to do what you guys said, like your whole basis is that it says multiple and purchases in some area. Again this is all irrelevant because it clearly states 1250 cap. But lets say you thought it meant groupos of 1250 puechases, which again makes no sense, none of this makes sense im just taking the bait, but they woukdnt say hey make multiple purchases under 1250, and then you can make more purchases under 1250. All they woukd say is promotion applies to any purchase under 1250. No judge is going to believe that you were confused and didnt understand the wording. Because if they did intend to make it any purchase under 1250, they just would have said that

I have a business account as well and don't see the promo anywhere in the app mentioned.

Apparently terms have changed, it's now one $1250 (or less) purchase per account:

What's all this under $1250? A $3000 purchase qualifies, but the rewards for that purchase would not exceed $250. I read the original offer and I agree their intention was to cap the offer at $250 per account. Big deal. What I consider to be their intention doesn't matter. I just feel their offer could be easily interpreted to something other than their intent. That is what gets people all worked up.

same happened with me with a samsung order that will go back. they offered me 10% not to cancel, and that partial refund went back to to paypal and be applied towards the leftover payin4 balance as in it will decrease the balance still due.
Awesome. Thank you for the quick reply. Repped.

The real question is, for the people that got multiple $250 cashback purchases, are they limited to only 250? I made a couple small buys with a total of $100 dollar cash back only. I agree that 1 purchase only and upto 250 dollar make it a little harder.

I want to say there is no limit, because why else would they create these new terms and mention honoring the old ones? They could easily just cap the earnings to $250 and tell everyone that was the intention, but that would likely mean serious blowback.

Gift Cards may be another story since they were excluded in the original terms.

They changed the terms. I had only made two purchases with a total less than $200 and received the following email. So the promotion is dead for me.
