The women's shoes do run a bit narrower but other than that they pretty much look alike. Someone in a previous similar deal suggested that they sized up a size in women's and used as a men's shoe. Not sure about the sizing up. Usually it's 2 sizes but may be different with adidas since they sell unisex shoes as well. Does anyone know for sure how many sizes you'd need to go up?

I wear a 9.5 in men's but have purchased several women's by sizing up 1.5 and they usually seem to fit well.

I will buy men's or women's shoes, whichever has the better deal. They both fit me equally well. You only need to size up 1 - for example, size 9 in men's is the same as size 10 in women's. You can tell because they both say size UK 8.5.
