https://sellout.woot.com/offers/a...source=app this one is cheaper. Also I'm using I'm most cases my oven with build in sv without water, but you might need oven while cooking ribs for 30h so this has a use anyway.
Heres Costco USDA steak recipe: 129-135(lowest medium rare and highest close to medium well) for 2-3 hours and 1 hour in ice, then on grill for about 3 mind each side, give it rest like 5 min, rest is your fantasy, they will be me. Everyone will loose mind after trying those steaks.

Honestly, I would lose my mind if I tried steaks that overcooked. 🤣
j/k. But I do prefer the beef I eat to be rare, or better yet, bloody rare. 😂

They would come out medium rare following those instructions, this would be the same as a reverse sear just using a sous vide instead of baking which allows you to not have to think about the bake time, you can easily go over 3 hours in the sous vide and it won't overcook, it essentially is pasteurization, so you can cook meat at Lower than recommended temps and still be safe
