I purchased three from the last deal ($10 target gift card for $100 Apple gift card) when I purchased this deal, they canceled the order. Will try to visit my local target store to see if they deny my purchase. I'll report back later.

You'd have to use a VPN on your computer and specify a specific location in the US

Same here. Had my order canceled immediately after purchasing. I guess it's limit 3 total (whether $10 promo or $15 promo).

yep same here - as this is a different order, they should have refreshed the limit back this week
