Can confirm 3 orders placed in quick succession worked but everything beyond that got cancelled.
Does anyone know how they track limit for in store purchase? Do they require you to enter Target/Circle details and if so, does same 3 card limit apply?

I was able to buy 3 more in store self checkout. All three is separate transactions. The only pain point is that for every transaction you have get an associate to put the activation sticker on Target GC.

Just a word of caution. I purchased 2 gift cards online without issue this morning. I then purchased a third, but when I went to access the giftcard from the Target link, it indicated that my email did not match their records. I have spoke to 3 different people in customer service. This is now being escalated to their "research team." I was given no timetable of when I could expect this to be resolved. I have never had any issue purchasing gift cards with Target before, but this will be the last time I ever try. Just wanted to share my experience. Also curious if anyone else has had this issue or has any advice how to proceed?

You need to go over the SD thread on Paypal 20%! There is *way* too much info on it that can't be explained here. Unfortunately there are dozens of pages over there but that's how complicated it is and you don't really want to clog up their threat on Target promo with Paypal details would be appreciated.
