I've been using it for years. I don't recall how I initially set it up. Poke around in your PayPal account or Google "Pay in 4 PayPal" and see if there is a link to it.
Figured it out. The cart has to be less than $1500 for the option.
Thanks for your help!

Can anyone confirm the PayPal 20% offer works on this? Have it in my cart but just want to know if anyone already made the purchase and got notified of redeeming the offer

if you log into paypal, you should see a huge banner ad for it. try to look around, if you can't find it then you were probably not offered the deal.

i dont see bestbuy in the participating stores list for the paypal 20% off.
a store only appears in the promo if paypal has a normal cash back reward for it. you can still use paypal through bestbuy's website but you need to have redeemed the offer for 20% with paypal first and you need to use pay with 4. some of the terms say pay monthly works too but i didnt want to take the chance so i always use pay with 4. also ther's anotehr promo that says if you buy 3 times with paypal you get 10 bucks. i didnt see it until i bought twice already. again you must redeem before doing it or it wont count.

Any negatives to the pay later program? Have never used it before
none. there is no interest and there is currently no stated penalty for missing payments neither according ot chatgpt. they're competing viciously with klarna for market share right now.

There's definitely a penalty. I use this pay-later thing all the time. I was late on a couple payments, was charged some dollars. They waived the first one, but wouldn't budge on the second. Make sure to set a reminder, to pay off the amount that won't get you charged interest. The minimal payment is less than what the payoff is, and there's no way to make it automatically charge you the "no interest if pay this amount" option. Annoying

I read through the Pay Later process/detils on the PayPal app on my phone and requires WebBank to approve the application without any negative impact on credit score. Is that the normal process for those using this option to get the 20% discount credit?

Yes it's how I got the Mini. Have you ever used Pay in 4 before? If not you may have to log into PayPal to set it up.
When you used pay in 4, did it say anything about the 20% rewards? I have the pay in 4 option, but don't see anything about the rewards
