Just FYI as a warning, looks like Outbound Power has moved to purely an offshore support system.
Their phone number is no longer in service and all emails are answered by individuals who have poor reading comprehension and broken language. Email replies are only received in the dead of night of the continental US.
Also, all emails are signed with individuals with two first names (ex. "Emmanuel Dean") which is a certain sign of someone in a non-English speaking country adopting a pseudonym to fool English speaking customers.
I purchased a power station from them that turned out to be too small, so they processed a return, without issue. Had several conversations on phone and via email with Emmanuel. His English is perfect and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Just my experience, but hey, call him for yourself if language is a concern. I just assumed they were here in the states, but certainly possible that they are not. I just didn't get that low-cost off-shore vibe. Quite the opposite.

They didn't even answer the phone or the chats. And the only emails were received in the middle of the night and it's clear there seemed to be some type of reading comprehension issue or language barrier. Idk about you but this has been posted in several FB groups and their comments too
I didn't hear back from them about the product until a few days before the end of December, when I had to email them to find out what was going on. They claimed there was no stock anywhere and that it wouldn't be shipped out until February. I didn't realize at this point, but I think the paypal 20% discount didn't even go through because this company didn't actually confirm the purchase, so that paypal deal was gone, plus the 30% federal tax credit was gone because they failed to deliver in time and failed to notify me what was happening.
I was still willing to go through with the purchase, since it was a good deal, if they were willing to give a discount to make up for their MASSIVE mistake of selling stock they didn't actually have and failing to communicate the issues they were having. I think I asked for something like 10% off from the discount price. They refused, so I asked them to cancel my order. The guy I was talking to, Emmanuel, kept dodging my questions the entire time and requests for them to make it right. While this was going on, I checked their site, and they showed the unit was in stock, except only if you bought it with a transfer switch. (If I remember correctly) I asked Emmanuel to ship that instead, and he told me that it was a mistake and it wasn't actually in stock.... so even then, their site was claiming they had stock they didn't.
Again, this all went down like a few days before the end of December. However, suddenly I got an email from their CEO a week ago, stating these units were completely out of stock everywhere, and asking if I wanted to continue to wait or if I'd be willing to switch to a different unit. Again, I already asked for my order to be cancelled. Now I'm seeing that Wellbots is offering this unit again, but at a much higher price. I wonder if they have stock, not that I'd pay that much for this unit.
This is a completely unorganized company selling product they don't actually have in stock, and it's literally screwed people over. Had they been transparent with what was happening, or that they didn't actually have the product in inventory, I could have ordered from a different company, or ordered a different product. If I wanted to buy this product now, versus what I expected to pay for it, it would cost about 2.5x more.
What's hilarious is that these companies know the tax credit is gone. Usually that would mean lowering the prices to offset the credit which will make it 30% more expensive for customers to buy. I wonder who they think will pay these crazy high prices going forward.

I had zero issues with my 2x Delta 2 and River 3 substituted in the same setup. EcoFlow calls it "backup reserve mode" in those devices.
perhaps you're lucky you didn't get one.
