I think that's the "Magic" part. I use all Apple except for work. I bet i can buy a 16GB, 512 2 year old actual Laptop for this price (not even the actual price of this Magic case).

sad part is, you can't do much on iPadOS anyway to the extent where keyboard quality actually matters as much. iPad itself is like Applewatch, more than for "me too have it", I see no use of either of them that a Mac or iPhone can't do. in fact either of them relies heavily on the user owning a real Macbook and real phone.
