Breakdown is:
$135 for the plan for 5 lines
$125 in activation fees ($25x5)
$220-240 in sales tax on full price of phones.
So in my case, I'm done and walking away. I got 1 S25 FE on my brother's plan - $460 out the door for 4 lines. Then I got 2 for myself for $255 OTD at another store. I don't need to pay anything else, but my brother will continue his 3 lines until his iPhones unlock.
So I assume the free RAZR 2025 also ends tomorrow.

I'll tell you this though: All of the downvotes on this deal are from clueless or lazy people. They missed out BIG TIME! I buy a lot of phones, and this is one of the best (if not THE BEST) phone deal I have ever gotten!

Finally, I found just one store giving the phone for free with only one month of service (the $55 or $65 plan) + taxes and no activation fee. The rep was super nice and told me he only had one left. He offered to hold it for me, but I had to get there right away since they were closing in an hour. I said yes, gave him my name, and drove over (it was about 30 minutes away).
The longest part was just waiting for the port-in to complete. I read on Reddit that some stores were forcing people to buy a case + charger bundle, but that didn't happen to me. They offered them, but they weren't pushy at all.
