Thanks OP, worked for me. $810 with tax - 20% Paypal Pay Later - $75 from unmentionable CB site (probably will have to fight for this since they never track properly) = under $600

Pro tip, swapping the color (got jet black) after purchase keeps the same price but moves the ship date. I went from a delivery of Dec 12 to Nov 26, because of the backorder on everyone buying the grey.

Yah, none of that matters. I switched to a browser I don't use much and haven't signed into my account with. I used my VPN to switch to Los Angelos. Still shows as 1069.99 when I do that as guest. Soon as I sign in though it switches back to $750. I also just got off with a chat discussion with a Rep and they confirmed this is account specific. Also tried ingcognito mode on Brave which I normally use. Doesn't work either when not signed in.

bought two separately, had to go throught two phones two laptops and one desktop to get the $749. four out of five showed $1069. not sure what weird stuff samsung is doing

Finally worked, used VPN on phone (FL location) to get the price.... added to cart and switched to desktop for the purchase. Swapped to a different color, paypal tracked points 16xxx after first payment was posted.

The Samsung Shop app didn't work, but using Firefox in private mode, turning off ad blockers, and using regular DNS (1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8) let me access the site as a new guest and get the $749.99 price.

So, interesting trick. A few hours after I placed the order, I went and looked up my order on Samsung.com and noticed it had the option to swap my phone to another color. I just did this and it seemed to work without issue. So, FYI to anyone who got gray because it was the cheapest option.
