These are great controllers that can work with Bluetooth or use the 2.4ghz dongle. I use the Bluetooth with my android tv box to play retro games. My kids and I battle mario cart 64. I own 3 controllers now but wish they had more colors.

Yes it does, read the description. There is a switch on the back to turn on the Bluetooth.
