The wired version Gamesir G7 Pro for the Xbox/PC is on sale at Best Buy for $59.99. I've got two Gamesir G7 Pro controllers and they're better than the Elite 1 and 2 controllers by a mile. Best controller for the price IMO.

Their SE Pro line are solid too if you're looking to pay a little less (~$35).

I like the design and components but not compatible with Xbox. The licensing fees to use the proprietary communication must be expensive because it's hard to find a third party wireless xbox controller under $100

I agree it's difficult and very pricey finding high quality controllers for the PS5 as well.

Does that have any effect on using the controller on PC? It should still recognize and an Xbox style controller with button layout, correct?

It's clicky, softer than I'd like. If you're going to use the D-pad a lot, I wouldn't recommend it. It's fine for general use though. It also comes with two replacement style D-pads inside the box if you don't like the circular one that comes standard.

I have it - no Tesla tho but says it works ... Also if you get the 8bitdo usb dongle it makes it possible to use almost any controller with every console (within reason) hell you could even use the Wii nun chux on Xbox I think it lol. Needs to be a Bluetooth controller tho not just a 2.4
