This is a 299 card for another 100 you can get 5070 which 2x the performance
Great deal. Only 10% slower than a 4070. The 5070 is better by about 40% and if you can find it at the recent $475ish price and afford that then it would be your next stup up. Otherwise id be looking for 16gb 9060 xt deals that we have seen very close to $320. These are all solid midrange choices if they are slickdeal priced.

This is what I'm getting this card for, as well as other AI processing, like Immich. Hopefully it can do the job!

Does pay in 4 show up for you? Only PayPal Credit show up for me.

If you have PayPal saved as a payment type, you have to remove it first. After I did that it worked (maybe I even removed it twice... don't remember
Thanks slick-dealin- That's what I had to do, unclick save Paypal as payment, refresh checkout page, then pick Paypal again, and Pay in 4 option showed up.

How many times can you get 20% of each purchase?
Quote from jjm004 :
I assume it's one and done.
Looks like you can use more than once. Used Pay in 4 yesterday at Best Buy for an Electric Bike and Monitor, showed 20% price in points pending. Just used for this, and again PayPal shows 20% back in points pending.

Well with the 20% off, it does become a $299 (well $295) card Smilie

I've not seen a 5070 for $400, if so, I would have bought it. Also, a 5070 is nowhere near 2x the performance. Closer to 25-40% depending on the game and resolution.
Would the $100 jump to the 5070 be worth it? Using the PayPal deal?

If you're asking if the 5070 is worth $400 - only YOU can answer that. Depends on what you have now and what you need/desire moving forward. Look at some reviews of the card and compare it to what you have. Sorry, I can't give you a definite either way, but ultimately all you need to worry about is if it's worth it to you. That being said, $400 for the 5070 is right where I think it should have been from the start and if I was in the market for a card I would buy one.

I remember the days where a $500 gaming PC was actually doable.
Depending on the parts, it still is. Well, up until a couple months ago when the RAM prices got crazy.

Would be really smart if Valve stayed in that $500-600 range for their Steam Machine to fill that void, especially in a time where cost of building a PC is high.

yeah not sure what walmart those at but must be middle of nowhere cuz never seen any discounted at all at my store!
Anyways, that's the price a 70 series card should be at I remember precovid was always under $500 at least with EVGA maybe that part of reason they went out of business Mad
This should be a $269 card at most nod
