but cannot find the "Pay later" payment option in Paypal.

After that, I wanted to get one under the PP 20% CB deal, but couldn't get BNPL option to show up. I saved the offer on the PP page, and removed/re-added PP option under Walmart. All to no avail. I haven't used PP in a while, so perhaps was disqualified for some reason.
Anyway, one thing I noticed was that the GPU deal came off and back on intermittently while I was trying for the 20% CB. I think it's an ongoing deal, and NewEgg (who is actually selling through Walmart) is rationing its stock so they can last through BF. So for those who missed it, just check back periodically. I'm confident it'll show up a few more times.
Honestly, it's not that great a deal. At $369, it's only 14% lower than the $429 MSRP. We are all desperate because everything is more expensive now--and getting even more so come next year. But Radeon 9060XT/16 at $349 is an equally good choice.
As for 5070, more compute, but less VRAM. I want to dabble in LLMs, and need as much RAM I can get.
