I have the American Express $7 credit available.
If I sign up for hulu/disney deal at $5, add HBO at $3 = $8 total, will American Express issue the full $7/month credit for a net of $1. Thanks…

HBO Max $2.99 a month for 12 monthshttps://slickdeals.net/f/18859804-hbo-max-2-99-a-month-for-12-months
Does that stack with this?

Does anyone know if the Amex BCE promo for $7 credit a month has a minimum purchase requirement?I currently use this monthly promo and I could have sworn it required at least $9.99 purchase a month, but I re-read the terms and it doesn't state this anywhere. I'm wondering if I sign-up the Disney+/Hulu bundle for $5/month, if it will basically cover the entire amount per month and essentially make this free for me for an entire year.
It doesn't. I've been getting credit for the Hulu+D+Starz bundle from last year that's like $5.

You should be able to just add this current deal and bill to the AMEX and you'll get 4.99 back monthly for 3 months.
That text of that Amex offer states "Earn a $10.99 statement credit after using your enrolled eligible Card to make a single purchase of $10.99 or more on a subscription to the Disney+, Hulu Bundle by 1/31/2026. Valid online at Disneyplus.com and Hulu.com U.S. websites. Limit of 3 statement credits (total of $32.97)."
Spending only $4.99 (or whatever the total is after tax) would be less than $10.99 and not trigger the offer.

Yes. Assuming the HBO add on gets billed through Hulu or Disney (which it should), you'll get your remaining $7 credit for a net of $1 plus any applicable taxes.

It would not add to existing subscribers, anyone got it to work?
It worked for me on the same account I just terminated a few months ago... The only problem is, it worked on Disney, but not Hulu... Fortunately all of Hulu's content is going to Disney anyways

No matter the price, I can't wrap my head around how we have been conditioned to PAY FOR ADS.
You're not paying for ads. The ad revenue is used to pay for the creation of content. It's simple economics. If Disney charged $60/year for 100 million accounts, the revenue is $6 billion before taxes and credit card fees. One Marvel movie costs $300 million. A Pixar movie costs $150 million. Adding up all the other movies and shows they produce, $6 billion would be a loss probably.

So I have the $7 credit benefit on my Blue Cash AMEX!
But it says I will be enrolled for THIS calendar year, which ends in 1 month.
So If I sign up for Disney with it, I'll only get the credit for DEC and then it ends??

the total amount of statement credits for qualifying purchases will not exceed $7 per month (for a total of $84 in statement credits per calendar year) per enrolled Card Account.

I canceled mine (jumped from the $2.99 to $14.99), chatted to get refund and then immediately used the same account to get this promotion. It worked fine.

After you sign up through Disney, you need to go into your Disney+ account settings to activate Hulu. Scroll down to the "Your Other Services" section and there should be a link.
