Yeah just got back to a PC from lunch. The phone hasn't even arrived yet it is supposed to tomorrow. I'm going to do a chat now to try and get the difference off.
Hopefully I don't have to re-order and send this one back just to get it.

some versions of the Fold 7 may have the AppCloud app, particularly those from certain carriers or sold in specific regions, but it is not a standard pre-installed app on all models. AppCloud is a Samsung-related app that can install other apps, and some users consider it to be bloatware that canNOT be removed.
You new to phones? My verizon phones did this years ago... Didn't matter if it was LG, Motorola, Samsung etc.....

Check if the offer is actually activated on the PayPal rewards page in your account. I screwed up and click "Save Offer" on another page thinking thats all I needed to do, but it wanted me to go into my account, click rewards and save it there.
