Just don't use Lenovo Vantage to update anything, or at the very least, don't use to to update bios, even if its recommended--Do it manually.
Listing which shows "5070 Super" in title:

I'd probably get the AMD CPU offering which lists 4070 Ti Super properly in the listing. Yeah the 7700 isnt as good productivity wise as the 14900 but is great for gaming and wont have to worry about intel 13/14th gen frying itself. 4070 Ti Super 16gb is also a lot better than 4070 super 12gb if the original listing is in fact a typo.

Anyone buying this should expect to get a 4070 Super 12GB.

I ask because the Acer Nitro and Predator Desktop lines are very different in the respect. The refurb Nitro 60 that I ordered off eBay had legitimate retail-style parts, while the refurb Predator Orion 5000 had OEM style parts that were of lower quality.
For example, here were the GPU and Power supply in each:
Nitro 60:
GPU: Standard Gigabyte WINDFORCE OC RTX 5070 ti
PSU: Thermaltake TOUGHPOWER GT 850w fully modular (PC also came with retail-style Thermaltake fabric bag with extra cables)
RAM: Name brand DDR5 6000 CL36
Predator Orion 5000:
GPU: OEM style Predator Branded RTX 4070 Ti super with blower-style cooler with DO NOT TOUCH sticker on the single fan
PSU: Liteon power supply, not fully modular
RAM: Predator branding on heat spreader

Hi. Did your pc arrive yet, have you been using it? Been keeping an eye on the Nitro 60 with the 5070ti, some people who already bought it from Costco and Walmart said they had issues with it and were gonna be returning it. They said the pc was constantly crashing, powering down randomly and the fans would randomly ramp up in speed.
These issues were coming up for both the Ryzen 9 7900 and the I7-14700F versions. Did you get yours from the acer ebay store? Thanks
Yup, nowhere does it even say 16GB, which the Ti Super has.

But I ended up getting a 5070 ti from Walmart and a 9800x3d bundle from newegg, so I'm going to repurpose my old i5-14600k PC to the golf sim and build a new main rig with a 9800x3d
