For some reason free and clear upsets my toddlers sensitive skin, where is dreft doesn't, so there is some kind of difference. Going to try this one for the sake of my budget. Unfortunately for some its lifelong, and not just babies. i suspect its the Sodium Laureth Sulfate, so im not getting my hopes up.
