The $200 deal is for the Plus, not the Pro, no? I picked up two of these disks yesterday as Amazon was offering 10% CB on them as a promotion.

Also, the 12TB are not helium filled, so they are noisier and more power hungry. The 14 and 18TB Pro versions use helium.
