Anybody can point me to how to buy this regular sim and then activate my esim-only phone with this.
Previously when I called their customer service, Infimobile told me that I first need to activate this sim in a regular phone, then request and pay to be turned into esim, and then activate my esim phone. I don't believe him.

Not any worse than Tmobile and Mint. I had Tmobile for 10 years before them and I've use them for over a year no issues. Some areas Tmobile is better but some areas infimobile is better.
