I have this one. Bought in the summer for $125. I use it almost everyday to cook delicious meals.

Found this on Amazon, hope it helps:

Do products sold on Amazon Resale come with a manufacturer's warranty?
No. Used products generally do not come with a manufacturer's warranty, but all of our items are backed by Amazon's 30-day return policy.

No warranty on used. Probably better to have kept the new one.

Spot-on!....Let's do a reality check, folks (and, sorry to say that anyone who "downvotes" me isn't a realist):
1) Unlike (official) refurbs (which typically come with a 90-day warranty), this has NO warranty whatsoever! A new one has a full 3 year warranty!
2) This current (pathetic) version of Amazon (which has gone downhill considerably) judges the condition of the item solely by the condition of the box! They don't inspect what's inside, but describe it as "like new" regardless! Therefore, what's inside the box could be physically damaged, missing parts, missing manuals and/or stained/greasy from the previous user!
I know, since I purchased one of these (from a previous deal) and it was in disgusting condition! They don't inspect them coming in and they don't inspect them going back out!
3) There's no guarantee that it will even work (properly or at all), since it's questionable if they even bother separating the defective batch from the "I just didn't like it" batch! Yeah, they're that sloppy these days! You might get lucky (some do) if the one shipped to you was returned unused, but it's a total crapshoot!
4) Repacking and returning it is a PITA, and then you could potentially wait a month to get your refund!
5) This kind of nonsense applies to ALL "used" items sold by Amazon, but cooking appliances such as this one are an even bigger risk!
My advice would be to stay away!

Nope!....there's no warranty whatsoever! That would only apply to refurbished items. These are previously used (or simply returned).

Everything fails!....some sooner, some later. It may have failed already (and that's why it was returned). Amazon doesn't test these things, and it's even possible that they recycle the defective ones. If you don't believe me, just look at the description. It states that there are "no scratches on the screen". It's NOT a TV! There's no "screen"! They don't even know the difference between a cooking appliance and a TV!🙄
Then, the next "guinea pig" (aka, the next customer) can test it for them! There's no "QC" at Amazon! Anything goes in their sloppy, disorganized world!

I've found that these multi purpose "oven style" air fryers do most things just "OK". And they air fry "meh" at best.
After using my flip style Ninja for 3 years I recently went back to the basket style air fryer (dual basket Ninja).
For air frying, the basket style works far better and is MUCH easier to clean than the oven style. After all, I want my air fryer to kill it with wings, tots, and reheating pizza. The basket type excels at these tasks. (I've had 2)
Personally, I would never go back to the oven type.
Just a thought...
