It worked for me. I joined the members club and added it to the cart. It looks like the the extra discount is not applied but if you look closer in the cart it shows the discount. Got the shoes for $86 after tax and free shipping

Had two purchases today. When I checked out it specifically said both my debit card 5% monthly reward AND the 20% back would apply but so far it only shows the 5% pending. The 3% back checking out using the app didn't work either.

I asked AI (perplexity) about this shoe because my first priority is protecting my knees for the long run. This is what I got back, fwiw:

The HOKA Men's Solimar is a light, lower-stack, moderately cushioned daily trainer that doubles nicely as a gym / cross-training shoe rather than a max-cushioned long-distance workhorse. It is generally well-reviewed for comfort, versatility, and value, but it is noticeably firmer and less cushioned than classic "HOKA-soft" models like the Clifton or Bondi.[runrepeat +3]
What the Solimar is like
• The Solimar uses a compression-molded EVA midsole with a late-stage Meta-Rocker for a smooth, rolling transition but with a lower stack and firmer feel than most HOKAs.[fueledbylolz +3]
• Men's weight is around 8.2–8.5 oz in US 9, with a 6 mm heel-to-toe drop, so it feels light and agile compared with many daily trainers.[hoka +3]
• Cushioning is "moderate/mid-level," giving decent impact protection without the marshmallow softness of Bondi or Clifton; reviewers often describe it as balanced to slightly firm.[rei +3]
• The platform is neutral but inherently stable thanks to a relatively wide base and HOKA's Active Foot Frame-style construction, which helps it feel secure for gym work and short runs.[roadrunnersports +3]
• Many users and reviewers call it a good "do-everything" shoe for walking, easy to moderate runs, treadmill work, and strength / class workouts, especially where a huge stack would feel wobbly.[zappos +3]
In short, it is a solid option if you want a HOKA that is lighter, lower, and more versatile across running plus gym, and you do not mind giving up the ultra-plush feel.

Is the Solimar "good" and who it suits
• For mixed use (short runs, treadmill, classes, strength, casual wear), Solimar is very good: light, stable, and not overly soft, which helps with form during lifting and agility work.[backcountry +4]
• For primarily running, especially longer easy runs or if you love HOKA's signature plush feel, models like Clifton or Bondi will feel more protective and comfortable than Solimar.[runningshoesguru +3]
• If you are chasing speed or tempo performance, Rincon or Mach are better choices, offering more responsive cushioning and a racier feel than the more "all-rounder" Solimar.[youtube +1]
