Is this a good deal on Samsung S25+?

I have 2 S22+. Samsung has deal right now for $649 for S25+ 512 memory with trade in. That's the standard price for black friday.
They have sent me another $50 off per phone making then $600 each after trade in. Wait till s26+ or take it?

I am also looking. There are several people claiming there are good deals, but so far I haven't seen any actual links.
