I got the 2024 Edge for $35 from Metro last year. Phone is ok but I found I'm not a fan of curved screen phones. I would look at one before you buy.

Yeah, the curved screen on the 2024 and 2025 Edge is a downer. The 2026 Edge is supposed to go back to having a flat screen (the 2022 model was also flat).

So, you had one bad experience, and you generalized it is a bad merchant altogether?

I have purchased two Moto 2024 Edge last year when it was just one month payment to unlock, and this year got two 2025 Moto Stylus when it was any plan but requiring two-month service to unlock. I am in the second month to unlock the Stylus on the $10 "Stay Connected" plan after paying $30 for the first month plan.

Edge is a bit better than Stylus. However, if you need expandable memory or prefer a pen, you go with Stylus. 2025 Stylus is a very capable phone. Definitely recommend. So, are 2024 & 2025 Edge.

A credit card dispute had it been lost in shipping would have been decided in your favor. Not sure what recourse one has with a debit card, but if no recourse, that's why I never use debit cards for online purchases.

If the tracking info showed it never arrived, they would have had to credit you or ship you a new phone. Reading between the lines it sounds like a porch pirate got you, no one would tell you to file a police report for an undelivered UPS/FEDEX type package.

Correct me if I am wrong but for this particular deal you don't need to show your drivers license

I'd recommand getting the moto stylus 2025. its cheaper, nearly same spec, has stylus, and also has a sd card slot

Not sure if they require $55 or $110 up front. If $55, then just pay with Chase this time. Change payment after.

Edit: Just checked, Chase states: Offer valid on first payment only. So I guess I can only use it once, despite having 2 Chase cards...
