FWIW this claims 120 CFM and your standard blower is providing 400 CFM per ton. For example a 3 ton system is 1200 total airflow (by default). This isn't likely going cause any noticeable change for the rest of the house but might make that odd room in your house that is always too hot / too cold slightly more bearable. Especially if you had a bonus room where someone just spliced into the existing duct work when finishing it. Those tend to never have enough airflow.
P.S. I'm considering buying this for my laundry room with a HP water heater in it. The room turns into a cooler when the heat pump is running so this (in theory) could help balance the air to the adjoining rooms even if the HVAC system is off.
