I was thinking the same thing. I've had my Blackstone for 3 years and haven't done anything with a stone.

I have this. I use the scrapper Everytime I use my Blackstone. The orange pad is like a plastic sponge is pretty useless. The grey stone works really well for removing rust. Just put a bit of oil and comes right off.

If you're having rust issues I would recommend getting a silicone mat for the cooktop.
