Nothing can be done .Just have to wait , no point in calling paypal etc ,They can't help

25SOPDEC10 is not working, but it does appear to be an existing code (showing expired)

Same for me. It was a decent price before the 20% off but I only purchased because it was an extra 20% off. Paypal should have put a notice on the Paypal checkout whether points were being awarded or not. In any case my points did not register the second time so I canceled one order and had to use chat to get a return. They are doing the 10% return credit thing again so big YMMV but you may be able to get an extra 10% off that way. Worse case you have to return the phone but at least there aren't any restocking fees on the S series phones.

Was abled to get the phone down to $675.98 through clicking and trying combinations of the different items. Eventually, The 1TB phone and the headphones got the phone down to $675.98 and Buds $83.50 for a total of $825.94 with tax.

folks can still get the best deal - follow these steps,
  1. create a new samsung account with your work/EDU email (if you have already used one then DM me for trick)
  2. Download and install samsung shop app and login to account and it should show at the top of the webpage its employee/EDU store
  3. Navigate to the bottom of home page and find two offers, 10% off 500 and first app offer - click both
  4. Navigate to S25 ultra product page and add to cart
  5. Navigate separately to buds 3 pro and add to cart - do not add this as add on from the s25 ultra page
  6. use referral code ref-px2o5d for 5%
  7. use 25SOPDEC10, SDECHAN25KARI, L34KSZ25UAAO and other active codes to further bring price down
  8. Place order, you can get further 10% off if you chat with samsung and tell them you want to return.

I'm in the same situation. I haven't had the Pay in 4 option for days now. Their support is useless unfortunately. Per the reps, it's an "automated system" that the "have no control over."
