Isn't $2.48 the regular Amazon price for these? I've bought them twice recently and the price was $2.48 without any coupons. Once the price was $1.97, but that is cheaper than average.

It was the payment method and there's some YMMV to it. Using a prime card my bonus is 7% instead of 5% back

Changed to a different card and got a $3 digital credit for no rush shipping.
