Why This is a Great Deal:
This is WiFi 6E (the latest standard) at a WiFi 5 budget price. Comparable mesh systems like the Google Nest WiFi Pro, TP-Link Deco XE75, and eero Pro 6E typically run $200-400 for a 2-pack.
YMMV — Price may vary or sell out quickly. Act fast!

Wyze Wi Fi 6E Mesh Router Pro is a budget mesh kit that stands out for its 6E support, multi gig Ethernet, USB connectivity, and strong 5 GHz throughput. The low profile nodes and future proof networking make it appealing as an upgrade from an older ISP router or a very old single router. The main concerns are limited settings, weak parental controls, and reports that the units run extremely hot. Firmware updates have also been sparse, so long term support looks uncertain. A cheap way to test mesh performance if you can live with the basics.

Second I did a bit of web searching on the Wyze which is now much faster with A I. The Wyze does run hot and can only be managed through the Internet where it keeps a continously open socket with occasional keep alive packets. Fortunately it appears it's based in the US so hopefully Wyze doesn't farm their firmware out to China who is known to snoop people's data. Also Wyze firmware cannot be changed to custom router firmware so it's going to be a very basic network setup unless you make the Wyze handle wireless only and use a more capable router in control which is the only way I would ever use these.
As the first time I've ever read about mesh routers, it seems all they do is efficiently hand wireless connections to the strongest signal rather than hold onto the existing connection until it's unusable with a brief gap reconnecting to a stronger SSID. It's hard to know how much difference this will make which is why I checked it says returnable in store even if you buy from VIP Outlet.

Is it worth $7 more to be able to return it to a Walmart store than ship it? Probably even though Wyze.com says they send a prepaid shipping label. I simply have no idea how much better 2 mesh units will be than a single more powerful router for wireless.

There are plenty of types of encryption that could keep your data safe from prying eyes, depending on what you're doing.
Regardless, anyone with these concerns should probably also avoid using products by Nest (Google) or eero (Amazon) as well.
You'd be best off going with companies that aren't based in PRC, and aren't in the data brokering business.
My personal recommendation would be Ubiquiti if you can afford it and can figure out the setup.
Netgear is also an option if you want something easier.
Acer and Asus are also fine until Taiwan gets invaded by China.
