This air fryer runs about 15 to 30 degrees hotter than what the controls indicate. So to air fry, I basically use it at 300 degrees for 3 minutes to heat the food up and then raise temp to 315 to 350 degrees and continue air frying for 3 to 4 minutes to crisp the food up.

So I wanted something all digital, plus I wanted French doors and a probe feature. I found everything I wanted in this:

It's the only one of all these slickdeals this year that I really liked, so I bought it.
Also for things like fries, it's easier with a traditional air fryer to just shake it with the bucket handle. You can't do the shake method with this.
It still looks good and is a powerful toaster oven, but I don't think it will replace my air fryer.
