I would be wary of this deal. I've bought several refurbished Samsung phones off ebay and they all had replacement screens that were not OEM, which was made obvious by the massive corner radii. Then, when I returned the phone, the sellers would lie and claim that I had damaged it, so I had to submit my own pictures of the phone and dispute it with ebay.

How did you know and prove the screens are not OEM?

Was it from this seller? I've purchased a handful over the years and one recently for my MIL and I either unwittingly missed this or I had no issue whatsoever. I can't recall who I purchased from but cellfee I believe I looked into and would trust them enough.

I'd be wary of this deal as well. This phone is nearing end of life and will switch to quarterly security updates after next March. Lots of complaints about battery life with the S22s as well. Phone only has 16 months left of support with most of those being only quarterly updates not monthly. It will get OneUI 8.5 next year but odds are you can get an S23 discounted as well which doesn't have the battery issues and gets an extra year of support. I've had S22 regular since launch and have been lucky with no screen problems but the battery is so poor it has to be plugged in at work and cannot be used for long without it draining.

Yeah will likely have battery issues soon. Green line issue could pop up at any time. The processor is very inefficient and will run hot. The S22 line was one of the worst Samsung ever released. An S24 FE like this one that will get updates for years to come is a much better buy.

so awesome when we claim the regular price of a refurbished several year old item is the original brand new price.

Documenting is key. I used to take pics, but now I make a video when I open higher ticket ebay packages, or other used mail order stuff so there is a record of the condition the item arrives in. Also when I turn it on to check it.
It is easy to do and will be gold in case of a dispute.
