(Even though I don't like it, I already have a jump-starter in my car. I have it in a "flame resistant" bag though and I believe it's likely made with higher-quality batteries. I figure having two large batteries stored in a car would roughly double the chances of one of them spontaneously combusting, so I'll suffer with the chore of plugging the tire inflator in if I ever need it.)
This inflator can inflate tires from very low pressure (as low as 3 PSI) up to 180 PSI, so it can handle significantly deflated tires. However, it's designed for inflation, not tire repair - so it works great for tires that have lost air pressure but won't fix punctures or damage that caused the flat.
I've got a few of the xiaomi inflators that seem pretty accurate, but they are pretty spendy. wouldn't mind trying a cheaper option if it isn't crap.
