no they don't as long as you have activity within a year. Can use them for any merchandise at Staples except gift cards and postage stamps, online or in store.
They do not 'roll' if you do another rewards offer, you can't use rewards to pay and get new rewards. It's a good program and there's many deals at Staples posted on SD all the time.
