Uncheck remember my PayPal account details on Walmart checkout page. That fixed it for me.

One technical consideration for this card: It only supports 8x PCIE 5.0 bandwidth. That's fine if you have a modern motherboard, but if you have an older PCIE 3.0 system (like me), then is it going to be limited by that connection. It's not the end of the world, but it's not ideal.

edit I looked into this issue a bit more, and it seems to be more of a problem with the 8GB cards, where data is loaded into and out of memory a lot. The impact seems minimal on 16GB cards.

I don't see the option to pay later with paypal for this.
As Slickdeezee posted above "Uncheck remember my PayPal account details on Walmart checkout page. That fixed it for me."

It also worked for me.

I'm currently running it on an older motherboard (Asus Z170-A--don't laugh) that can do PCIe 3.0 max as well; I'm aware that I won't be able to make use of the PCIe 5.0 bandwidth on my rig and I'm ok with that, considering that I'm upgrading from a GTX 960--again, don't laugh.

The bigger issue I had with getting the 5060 Ti to work in my rig is that because my mobo is so old, it will not pass POST with BIOS set to boot using CSM (instead of UEFI--I can't boot using UEFI because my Windows boot disk was formatted MBR way back when I built my PC) AND setting primary/main display to that of the 5060 Ti; what I wound up having to do was to enable the integrated graphics on my mobo and explicitly designate it (in BIOS) to be the primary display (with the 5060 Ti to be used for secondary/tertiary display); once I did all that (and of course install the Nvidia drivers) Windows was able to detect and display output to my secondary/tertiary monitors that were connected to the 5060 Ti.

coming from a 3080 10GB...seems the benchmarks are about the same with the win slightly going to the 3080. But whatabout frame gen x4. I have to imagine it would smoke the 3080.

You can convert your MBR to GPT. Lookup the MBR2GPT command, it's built into Windows.

No resizable bar is going to nerf your performance. Try to find a bios mod for it if not save some money to upgrade since it's not even the right time.

Mine just came in the mail and installed earlier today. This is actually my first nvidia card ever. I am also swapping from a 9060xt after using it a few weeks. I decided to order this to try and return the 9060. I havent really played much and I unfortunately didnt save my furmark scores from when I installed the 9060xt. But playing Fortnite save the world I feel like I have noticed a minor improvement. I cant quite explain it but it just feels a little smoother. I wasnt getting lag or freezing before but it just had a feeling of not being totally smooth. This is paired with a 5600x

For pure horsepower it's not worth the upgrade at all. There are huge power efficiency gains though. I'm running 5060 ti 16gb with a 400w PSU on a slightly overclocked Ryzen 5500 and the system pulls 270-290w gaming. Crazy power efficiency.

Just got mine and fired it up, most important points from previous posts are to stack the PP 20% and CB up to 40% offers.
That's what I did w/ $200 27" 4K monitor purchase from NewEgg...

When i click paypal as payment in walmart checkout page, paypal page only shows my credit cards as payment, it was not showing Pay in 4 in order to get 20% rewards even I previously saved this offer.
You have to use the PayPal app and save the offer first before that payment plan becomes available through retailers who offer PP as a payment method.

Resizable bar is not that important for 16GB cards. The pcie3.0 is a bigger impact. Save up for a 5.0 upgrade and enjoy the new GPU, since it will be an upgrade all around. I got this in a DDR4 board and not getting any stutters. In fact, the SSD seems to be the primary stutters source since textures have to stream from somewhere.
