As for the deal, that's subjective.
I'd rather have 4 batteries. Two of the 4Ah are fine. I don't need a 6Ah one. for all it does for me is add weight.


I have flashlights and other stuff that the 2Ah are good for. Or when I just have some quick work with my compact Dewalt tools.

I missed the 2x 4ah and 2x 2ah deal so I'll snag this one!

I've got 2x 2ah batteries already, and for most work with my atomic drill and impact driver, having 2x 2ah batteries is perfect. When I need to use my 6.5" circular saw though, it dies quick. After building garden boxes and a chicken coop this year, time to get some longer lasting batteries!

Almost tempted to get this but bought 2 6AH Dewalt clones on Amazon for cheap and they're surprisingly good.

Military and veterans, if you have military exchange privileges, you can purchase this item tax free with the additional 10% discount (my total was $87.30). I shop through the home depot link at "shopmyexchange.com", which lets you shop home depot and put the items into your exchange cart for check out. The items then ship from home depot. This works great, I have used it several times.

That is incorrect, sources on web show the 4Ah (thin profile) and 6Ah batteries having 21700 cells which are far superior than the 18500 cells

What's incorrect?


The choice and layout of what batteries someone wants, is very subjective. There's no away around that being subjective.


No current DeWalt battery has 18500 cells.


So, what part are you saying is incorrect?
