You lose the bluetooth function in the S-pen, as well as the magnetic s-pen storage on the back.
You lose the anti-reflective screen coating.
You lose the dual front cameras.
The battery is rated for only 1200 cycles instead of the S10U's 2000 cycles (but real world performance can't be fully tested yet).
You lose haptic feedback. The S11U does not have a vibration sensor.


With the S11 Ultra you gain: a brighter screen, a redesigned S-pen (some like it better for drawing), and a slightly thinner profile. The new processor and GPU will also play games and render videos faster.

Remember to take pictures and video of your trade in. Samsung charged be back for the trade in saying that a phone was not reset. I told them I have video proof that it was and they refunded the charge.

They are bad, they tried to tell me my tablet was not a tablet, all I had to do was say yes it is, I guess they just hope people will not fight back or notice.

Too bad the sop code no longer works, but I decided to buy at $699. I am trading in an old Galaxy Tab 4 from like 10 or 11 years ago so getting a $200 credit for that is pretty good. Err, well, the adjustment is only like $130 because the tablet price changes ($839 vs $769) when one chooses to do a trade-in. But still, $130 for such an old tablet is pretty good. If it came shipped, it was scheduled to arrive around Dec. 19 so I opted to pick it up at my local Best Buy tomorrow.

Me too, but for a watch trade in. They denied it 4 months after the purchase on an "Any Smart Watch" trade in. Be prepared to call or chat w/ customer service.

For anyone getting code is expired, try adding a space after the code and then hit apply. it works. you can also try using 25SOPNOV10. I dont know why adding a space makes a difference but it does.

Ordered one, was $599 after trade in, $649 after tax for me. Tried to enter the code and on the mobile it worked when adding the space, but it gave me a message it saved to my account and did not apply as I had another coupon which was better added. I have a super old Tab 4 laying around, so getting $200 for it is pretty awesome. Didn't really need this, but figure I can use it for email/entertainment instead of pulling out my laptop.

I tried both of these codes, and added a space after them as you are suggesting because somebody else mentioned the same thing earlier in this thread. There was also a mention that the SOP code worked for the 512 GB and 1 TB versions, only, and I tried these to no avail, too. I'm not sure why many folks are getting expired messages for these codes (even after adding a space after them), yet they are working for others.

The coupon code with a space after it works but is removed because it says I have a better deal. Doesn't matter what I put in the cart.
