ah... I randomly change my zip code to a dallas zipcode (I am in FL), the price did drop to $449 but as soon as I select my shipping address, it changes back to $499....

i dont see any reference to touchscreen so i assume not? i think the best buy version of this deal it had a touchscreen?

I've had mine (from Staples w 1TB SSD) for around a month now. No issues. I was concerned too but read up a little, compared it against various comparable Intels and have no regrets. Solid deal, too.
