It says cordless but this doesn't look like any other cordless on SD right now and one of the images clearly has a cord coming out of it...

Maybe the lift away part is cordless? Lol. I don't know.I do need a new vacuum, so waiting for folks to chime in. I don't have any pets.

I like Shark Navigators. They have good suction.

Vacuum has a 35 ft cord so it's definitely a corded vacuum. No fault of the OP as home depot has this labeled wrong.

This model is very similar to the Shark NV360. Sharkninja dot com has it for $90 + $10 shipping today with code CW3.

I just want to comment, this isn't you getting a $200 vacuum for $100. You're getting a $100 vacuum for $100. Sharks are never full price. Sharks cannot be repaired, parts are not sold, and last 1-3 years depending on how clean you want your house to be. I vacuum weekly, and own a Shark Rotator. I do not recommend Shark based on my experience *owning* a Shark. The filter must be cleaned under the sink regularly. It is not something you can do annually. You will lose suction. The can fills up with pet fur *very* quickly. I don't have a big dog. She's just 35 lbs. The performance on hardwood and tile is "OK." Not bad, not good. It does struggle to pick up smaller dirt or things that are perfectly flat against the floor. It will not pick up dirt between the tiles (in the grout) or between wood slats. On carpet however, it's a beast.

Personally, I would consider a few other options before buying this, "deal." First, I would consider a used Dyson (early model, pre ball design). They are repairable, and built to last unlike Shark. And since no one buys used vacuums, there usually less than $50. I paid $20 for mine so I don't have to walk the Shark up and down my stairs anymore. Plenty of Dysons on Craigslist. Second, I would look at comparably priced Eureka and Hoover models, knowing they will easily match the Shark in performance, but be repairable with better access to parts. I think they will also last longer.
