It sounds pretty slick on paper, just keep in mind some considerations:

- Phone sales tax- due at sign up.
- Monthly Taxes. Like someone mentioned can be as high as $9/line per month
- Activation fees. Apparently $40 per line, but maybe you can get waived?
- Verizon has historically said allow 1-2 billing cycles for discounts to appear. Well, if they don't appear be prepared to spend multiple calls and hours to try and get them to honor their agreement.
- This service plan is the lowest unlimited so don't get the ultra wideband (faster 5g) or hot spot.
- to take full advantage of the discount you have to keep the lines for 3 years. That's a long time to be locked in. Theoretical scenario: if you pulled all 4 lines out after 2 years would owe around $1500 for the phone pay offs.

While a good price, I think they are trying to get you to sign up, and then bc you'll be frustrated with the lower plan will upgrade at a significant cost ($40/line instead of $25).

It's equivalent to most Verizon-based MVNOs and Visible's lowest tier.

Here's the taxes for my CA city if anyone's interested

Fed Universal Service Charge: $0.41
Regulatory Charge: $0.21
Admin & Telco Recovery Charge: $3.78
CA State 911 Surcharge: $0.41
CA State 988 Surcharge: $0.08
CA Universal Service PPP Fee: $0.90

Yes, I confirmed with the representative that the previous order was cancelled and the new order was placed with everything applied. I opted for in-store pickup, and two of the colors are currently in stock while the other two will be available on the 13th. Also, all the colors are under one order, the pickup isn't ready yet. I've called the store four times to check if it's available for pickup, but no one answered.

In this case do you know in how many days do you have to pick up the order ? Assuming in this case billing starts when you pick up. Do you know ? I am thinking to do this for 2nd order. Also my first order is not canceled yet as the package is still being shipped back. Do you recommend to wait until package received and order canceled before placing a new order ?

I called them to sort out as soon as I saw fedex was returning to sender that's when Verizon found it was canceled. So rep suggested they'll take full ownership of this blunder re did everything. I had to pay taxes again and will get refund for the first canceled order. Also received email which states agreement being cancelled so fingers crossed.

Your device promotional credit* has been removed from your account because the device payment agreement was canceled for mobile number ending0### for all 4 lines.

If I don't receive refund in a few weeks, I'll give them call again or do BBB complaint.
You can call to ask update on what's the update on order and why it's being returned to them they'll take their sweet time and suggest they'll cancel everything and redo.

I couldn't complete the payments. Tried different cards from different banks, but each time the payment failed. It must be something wrong with the Verizon side as I didn't get any warnings or verification from my bank.

Did you ask for additional $30 off or what exactly is $30 x 36 off for? Someone earlier mentioned for switching. What did u say for them to give it to u.

She called me 2 days in a row and said there would be an extra bill credit for switching. Then I saw it mentioned in this thread. I verified with this new rep that it was $30 off for 36 months.

Are you switching from tmobile ? Did they say if this credit is only switching from specific carrier or any carrier counts?

Call em, they will approve right away. Order gets cancelled if you wait. They will ask to verify pin send to your phone and approve u right away with email confirmation.
