It sounds pretty slick on paper, just keep in mind some considerations:

- Phone sales tax- due at sign up.
- Monthly Taxes. Like someone mentioned can be as high as $9/line per month
- Activation fees. Apparently $40 per line, but maybe you can get waived?
- Verizon has historically said allow 1-2 billing cycles for discounts to appear. Well, if they don't appear be prepared to spend multiple calls and hours to try and get them to honor their agreement.
- This service plan is the lowest unlimited so don't get the ultra wideband (faster 5g) or hot spot.
- to take full advantage of the discount you have to keep the lines for 3 years. That's a long time to be locked in. Theoretical scenario: if you pulled all 4 lines out after 2 years would owe around $1500 for the phone pay offs.

While a good price, I think they are trying to get you to sign up, and then bc you'll be frustrated with the lower plan will upgrade at a significant cost ($40/line instead of $25).

It's equivalent to most Verizon-based MVNOs and Visible's lowest tier.
This reddit post [reddit.com] explains data prioritization for the 3 major carriers and the MVNOs on them.

Here's the taxes for my CA city if anyone's interested

Fed Universal Service Charge: $0.41
Regulatory Charge: $0.21
Admin & Telco Recovery Charge: $3.78
CA State 911 Surcharge: $0.41
CA State 988 Surcharge: $0.08
CA Universal Service PPP Fee: $0.90
Emerg Comm Acc Tax: $3.22
City UUT: $0.28
Total charges per line = $9.29

It's still a really good deal if you're in the market for new iPhones

For those that did store pickup, any issue with shipping to a non-corp store. No corp stores showing up in my area, but some independent stores area.
I'm seeing only Victra locations (which is a large authorized retailer). If you did pick up at an authorized retailer, how did the process go, did they charge you any extra fees and did you pay at the store or did you pay (taxes) online when creating the order and no payment was needed in the store? My local victra locations are a bit shady, they try to add on fees but I don't know if the process is still that way when ordering directly from the verizon website and picking up in store there. Thanks for any help you can provide

They don't charge anything at the store for pickup. You just go in, tell them you're there to pick up an online order, give your ID and order number, and they'll go find and bring the bag with your phones and paper receipts. Verify your models and colors, and make sure those papers don't have anything extra on them.

Anyone else have their bill get messed up after porting in numbers? It's charging me again for the lines that had numbers ported in next month as well + current bill. Ongoing monthly estimate now no longer is accounting for autopay discount even tho it's still active. How this company even exists amazes me. Literal trash in every aspect, can't run anything properly. I was lucky enough to not have to call them at all so far. Now I have to spend hours get this bill mess sorted out.
I just checked my first bill and everything was as expected, all the discounts are in place and itemized correctly.

The dates kind of did me for a loop though, took me a moment to wrap around what it was saying. My service started on December 16 when my phones were activated by us, and will run to January 15 for a bill cycle, but the bill due date says January 7 with an auto-pay date of December 31st. Took me a bit to understand that basically it was a hybrid post paid, the way Verizon did it is that you're billed and buy for the service in the middle of a bill cycle. I always thought post paid meant it was billed after the bill cycle, like it is with just about every other bill, but I guess that's not how Verizon does it.

Did you go to a corporate store or auth retailer? When I click pickup in store the only options it's showing me on the verizon website with a cart that I'm building for pickup are auth retailers (my shipment order did the back and forth thing and got canceled). also, did you try vinst3r's method for the 4x300gc via each line on a separate order? I'm not sure to try that way or do what a few others on here recently posted which is to just submit a rebate for all 4 lines via the rebate portal...

It was a corporate store. Did everything on call. Use that to waive activation fees or else you'll have to pay those. I did everything in 1 order. 1 $300 GC. I was late for vonat3r method.

I ordered for store pick but my order got canceled since they did not have the phones I wanted in stock and they blamed their inventory system. Therefore we had to redo the order in store and I ended up shaving an additional $20 per month on my monthly bill. I would highly recommend for you to go to the store and do this deal, they will give you an additional discount by sharing with them the PDF of your monthly cell phone bill

The terms of the promo don't explicitly forbid it, but I'm guessing Verizon didn't intend for that loophole to exist. If you put it on 1 order, it doesn't allow more than 1 GC. They probably never thought someone would loophole around it with 4 separate orders. It'll definitely get patched out if enough people take advantage of it to triggers someone to audit.

Yes go in store get options don't agree to add any add-ons, review the order before they submit, add $6-7/lines in taxes, confirm any discount or bill credits they can give. you'll be good.

What took so long? Mine wasn't nearly that long, 30 to 35 minutes and a lot of it was the agent waiting on me to fill out forms or get information, like account detail/port pin from my old carrier. The only reason I even did the chat order was because online order was being flaky, wouldn't let me complete the order, it would always fail at the credit card part.

So I am still out of my mind right now with both Verizon and FedEx. So one of my phones on my order was back ordered to ship another day. Verizon canceled my order but then when I verified my information they called FedEx to continue my packages. My single phone was going between NJ and NY for about 2 days back and forth. The last day it was scanned was 12-12 in NJ and it has not moved since. Verizon did a conference call with me and FedEx and they Verizon could not provide an account number for FedEx to re route my package to me. FedEx every day says oh I see it's in NJ we will ship it priority. It has not moved at all. They now say call Verizon to re route the package. I called Verizon they say call FedEx. I called FedEx fraud and missing packages and they say as long as it was scanned at a hub it's not missing. Verizon fraud says we can't do anything until the shipper reports it missing??? So now what??? I am at a total loss. And no one has any empathy they just say oh we are so sorry you're upset. And they all want to spend the whole day on the phone.
Brother my deepest condolences. I feel you so much I promise. The reps that I've gotten were horrible and did not know what they were doing and kept transferring me to different lines constantly which was incredibly frustrating and a waste of time. I really hope you are able to get it sorted out or you could try going to a corporate store for help.

Great deal. Should take it and run. Those discounts/credits over 36 months are way better than getting the $300 gift card online.

This can only be done in store and the discounts/credits comes down to the AI scan of your T-Mobile/AT&T bill and the rep helping you.

For those interested in this deal and would rather have credits/discounts over 36 months instead of a $300 gift card, just go in store with a PDF copy of your bill from another carrier. Below is a quote from a Verizon rep on Reddit.
Do you actually have to port those lines over? My bill on T-Mobile is $225 for 10 lines, and I do not want to lose that. I did this deal, but I only have 2 lines because my other 2 lines got shipped back. Verizon bills me @ $60/Line on 2 lines.

Successfully placed the order. The total, including taxes, was 441. I'm in SoCal for reference. I was also able to get a pop-up for $300 Verizon GC, and a certain blue cashback site is also offering $150 back.
Do you have an estimate of taxes & fees per line?

I started the process online, but decided to attempt and save activation fees for four lines via chat. After approximately 45 minutes, I was disconnected and sent to a new agent, which had no prior history, so needed to start from scratch, which I refused at that point. Went back to online process, but could not successfully close it out due to some failure (oops something went wrong/please call 1-800-922-0204). so here I was now talking to a live agent, I explained the promotion and she began with yes, no problem, blah blah blah blah. After over two hours of back-and-forth, I ended up with a contract in which I have no idea what I'm receiving because what my invoice/contract shows is nothing like what the agent verbally told me I would get. My justification for going with chat/human was to save $160 in activation fees, my invoice is now showing that I am to pay $40 x 4 to activate the phones..... 2 blue 17 pro sarrive today, 2 silver 17 pros arrive early January. I went in knowing fully well it would be a glorified cluster, let the fun begin.
