- Phone sales tax- due at sign up.
- Monthly Taxes. Like someone mentioned can be as high as $9/line per month
- Activation fees. Apparently $40 per line, but maybe you can get waived?
- Verizon has historically said allow 1-2 billing cycles for discounts to appear. Well, if they don't appear be prepared to spend multiple calls and hours to try and get them to honor their agreement.
- This service plan is the lowest unlimited so don't get the ultra wideband (faster 5g) or hot spot.
- to take full advantage of the discount you have to keep the lines for 3 years. That's a long time to be locked in. Theoretical scenario: if you pulled all 4 lines out after 2 years would owe around $1500 for the phone pay offs.
While a good price, I think they are trying to get you to sign up, and then bc you'll be frustrated with the lower plan will upgrade at a significant cost ($40/line instead of $25).

1. Ordered 1 line for in-store pick up at a nearby Verizon authorized dealer , the 17 pro I selected was in stock at that store, you can check inventory online when you order. Also make sure that $300 GC gets added to cart at step 4 of 6
2. Picked up the phone, activated it- registered an account with Verizon - the line showed up in my account
3. Placed 2 more orders one by one while logged into that account for in-store pick up . It didn't let me place 3 orders. Add $300 gc during checkout in step 4 . Wait for 1 min or more on step 4 until pop up for $300 shows up. If it doesn't, proceed to step 5 then come back to step 4.
4. Picked up the phones same day and activated
5. Placed order for 4th line. Order status changed to on hold within 10 mins
6. Called fraud protection line. They asked to upload ID and take a photo on a link that they sent in an email. They walked me through the process and approved right away. took <30mins overall.
7. Picked up 4th order. Activated it
8. Submitted rebates. All 4 rebates show up as submitted in my account.
9. Chatted with Verizon and asked to waive activation fee. They credited my account with $160.
