The 300 credit from the gift cards? I feel like the chat and in store reps would be least likely to budge on that. The activation fees are also proving to be a bear and I may just eat that cost myself. What it seems they do feel empowered to do is apply a bunch of monthly discounts. I got mine down to 60 bucks a month ish including all fees and taxes for four lines and may just call it a day there, don't want any more eyes on the account really lol. And will follow up on 300 GC x 4, all were submitted and terms seem simple there
Yeah my 300 credit was in lieu of the GCs bc i did my order over phone but i dont even have that straighten yet.

On the activation fees, I think what the rep did was credit plan charges which somehow spiked my next est bill? Ill give it couple days but is there a "billing expert" i can call or would store reps be able to help me?

Sharing my recent experience in hopes it helps someone.I called 1-800-711-3400 on 12/30 (shoutout to @exbauer for the #) and let the agent know I was aware of this promo and interested in switching my 4 lines from T-mobile. Also let him know I'd heard that additional discounts could be stacked and wanted to confirm with him to help make my decision. I mentioned the "$45 Better Deal Closer aka Switcher aka BVG", "$20 Better Deal", "$20 National Discount", waived activation fees and the $300 GC. He acknowledged all and said we could move forward if I uploaded my bill and did a soft credit check. I was targeting the Ultimate Plus, and with all discounts, he quoted $123.84/month. I asked him if there was anything else to "sweeten the pot" a bit more, because that was pretty on par with my T-mobile payment. He bumped the $300 GC to $500 and said they'd do it as a bill credit instead of a GC - supposedly got his manager's approval while we were talking. Didn't budge on any other asks like streaming/device upgrades. Also no upselling whatsoever.I knew the phones were back ordered and presumed the promo was ending soon, so didn't want to risk missing out by trying the strategy of adding lines one at a time in hopes of getting more gift cards. FWIW, he mentioned it'd be ending w/in 10 days, but said he couldn't be more specific than that. I moved forward with dummy #s and will port when I have all devices in hand. Here's the breakdown for 4 lines on Unlimited Plus w/ iPhone 17pro 256gb devices:$55/month x 4 = $220 - $20 National - $40 Auto Pay - $20 Better Deal - $45 Better Deal Closer = $95/month + $28.84 taxes (in CA) = $123.84/month for 36 months. He gave his direct # and said to text him when I received devices so he could waive the activation ($160) and apply the $500 bill credit. Sent me a link to sign the paperwork and pay the $462 in device taxes. I activated the CB plugin, but doesn't look like it tracked at all. Whole transaction took about 45 minutes.Happy New Year, All!Edit: My FIL signed up via chat a day before I did. He asked about the Switcher and Better Deal and was told they didn't exist. Was never asked to upload his bill. Unfortunately, he didn't bail on the rep and moved forward anyway. He already has 3 of 4 devices in hand and ported during sign-up. If anyone knows if/how we can get those applied for him after the fact, please share! Thanks!
Can you please dm the agent #. Thanks in advance.

Earlier in this thread someone listed the promo code you enter here to enroll you in the 300 GC offer: https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/

For three of mine, I was able to submit mine from Verizon app and they were seamlessly linked etc. The last one never showed up there for me to activate so I went via this link route and now all four show up in same way in my account and have been submitted. It's per line and the terms don't preclude getting all four so 🤷 ♂️

For the 4 gift cards, did you do 4 different orders? Or all in one order online?

Yeah, they have been doing something weird. I signed up for 6 lines in store and the store rep gave me a one time $50 bill credit, which didn't get applied on my first bill and my estimated bill for the next month was also not showing it. I opened a case with bill dispute and they applied $50 credit on my first bill right before the autopay date, so I saved $50 on first bill but now my estimated bill for next month jumped by the same $50

I think they are adjusting price on any random line as bill credit and that same line now spiked by $50 in my estimated bill for the next month, not sure how this system works! Once I get my next month bill, I will go straight to the store and find that guy this time.

These are the times I miss T-force from TMO! Is going into the store best to resolve billing issues? Seems like even opening case isn't the best. Just want someone to be able see everything and get it right!

I think that once this deal is over and things settle down then Customer Care will be more accessible. Agreed that T-Force was good for billing questions but on other things the only thing they could tell me over the last few years was, "I'm sorry, but you don't qualify for that promotion because you're already getting a great deal on our Military plan". When I recently called T-mobile to get a port pin they hooked me up with loyalty. (I know now that you can get the pin through the T-Life App). The guy was respectful and courteous but told me straight out they couldn't match Verizon's deal (and couldn't quite comprehend the fact that Verizon didn't require trade-in) and that those are usually only available for new subs who are porting into T-mobile and that goes for all companies.

So does anyone know or can confirm that this is just one $300 Gift Card, regardless of the number of lines/phones that were added/purchased?

I don't think anyone knows for certain until the gift cards are issued two months from now. What I've done is order lines one at a time and have the GC offer fully apply and even show in the pdf receipt for each order and saver a copy of the terms and then submitted the form as required. Rest we'll just have to see. Nothing precludes one per line according to the terms far as I can tell
