Also, comes in handy if you have a pet in a carpeted house, helps locate spots where they might have released body fluids like vomit or urine ...make sure you don't expose this light to eyes as prolonged exposure can cause damage ( on a side note, this can be used in hotel rooms beddings/carpets to check how clean they are)

What is the light used for? What about safety (impact on eyes if you look directly at the beam?)

Also, some paints and glues and stains require uv light to cure as well. They come with uv blocking glasses as well, so dont look directly into it, ever!

I don't know about being shilled hard, but yes there have been two or three posts lately of different lights by them. One of which I bought and is arriving today, and I'll report back if it was worth it. Fyi, I chose the one that was 365nm mini. I'm not expecting much for how cheap it was, but the UV beast never goes on sale so I figure as long as it's okay, then it's worth grabbing. I don't like that none of these by this brand have replaceable batteries. I'm not a fan of planned obsolescence. However, for how little I'll be using it, I think it's worth the roll of the dice.

You might want to check the listing again iconian. I see only built in 5000mah rechargeable battery. Additionally, I have the V82 model in hand, and it has no way to replace the battery.

Also as I mentioned in my previous comment, I'd report back on the V82. It's very tiny as expected, the light focus is pretty terrible with lots of bleed. I have no way to confirm the 365nm UV rating, however I have tested it around my home and it does illuminate organic matter, although the center is very visibly bright, leading me to believe that it's closer to 395nm UV spectrum, since 365nm is not visible to the human eye. Also not to sure how good their UV filter lense is either.

The construction did seem to be solid, however it's very light, so I'm sure there is a very small battery inside, not that you would need a more robust battery, since it's a tiny light.

For how cheap it was, I may keep it, but I'm going to look around for other deals while I test it more.

I did also purchase this bigger light from the OP to compare, and I'll report back when I get it.

if the light is tiny, you might be right and no way to replace it.. but i am 100% sure that this battery is 26650 and can be replaced. i'll eat my week old, worn socks if I am wrong! (as long as you trust me to eat them, haha)
