I bought the 3 pack a few months ago and have been happy with the purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again

I got an otter box charger last year. It charges every device fine EXCEPT my Galaxy s25 ultra. My Galaxy doesn't have an issue with any charger except this one. It charges for 2 seconds. Stops. Charges. Stops.

Take that as you will

Try turning on fast wireless charging. I had the same exact issue and this fixed it.

Oh goodness, Otterbox licensed their name to a Chinese company?! What'll they make next, drills?
These are sold on Otterbox's website, don't think it's just a licensing deal.

The last Otterbox charger I had would spark up and make loud noises no matter where I plugged it in...

I have one of these and I don't know why but it sparks very often when we plug it in. Not like a small spark like static, but a small sparkler effect.

I thought there was an issue with my outlets, but it happened in hotels and other peoples houses. We don't move it around much anymore.

It doesn't get hot or anything, but that small "pop" and sparkle has given me pause several times.

We have a few of these and like them. They charge things up pretty fast. The block also has a nice feel and is easy to plug and unplug.

Maybe you got a fake since the chance of receiving fakes through Woot and Amazon is high? Consider yourself lucky it didn't cause a fire or electrocute you.

Which means it will degrade your phone battery quicker.
