You need to select OK. You'll go to a checkout / confirmation page where you enter in the discount code before pressing submit. I was on the pro+ monthly plan with a discount and that's what I did.

Thanks! Had the legacy plan with $10 credit for 5yrs. Jumped on this as the legacy plus missed a few extras. I used my computer to make the change and typed the promo code in and switch payment to Amex for the $15 credit, Missed the CB offer as it was only for new customers with port in.

dude this BLACKFRIDAY50CARE promotion is NOT for current annual plan customers! this is for MONTHLY customers only! if you are an annual customer and still have a few months left on your plan like i do (4 months), you will LOSE the 4 months because this new PRO plan will start immediately! i chatted with Visible live agent and they said the PRO plan will start immediately!

EDIT: the visible agent is offering to give me $225 gift card now and told me that in march 2026, the system will charge me $450 for the pro plan

EDIT2: asked the visible rep to just cancel and revert me back to old plan. they escalated the ticket

If you go with the $450 plan you can get a Pixel 10 for free, then sell the pixel after it unlocks in 60 days for $500, and basically get Free Premium Verizon Service for the year.

I contacted CS when the deal only applied to new customers and discussed leaving unless I could get the 50% off for annual plans or Free pixel 10. They told me a customer service retention person would contact me this past week and that they couldn't guarantee me the pixel deal, but they could guarantee the 50% off annual plan, and I might be able to get the Pixel deal. That was a lie. No one contacted me. But I'm thankful to see this posted so I could take advantage of it.

Were you a legacy user for $20 a month? I was paying 25$ a month been with them almost 3 years now, and I saved money by upgrading the plus as well. I hope the rates don't increase for base when this runs out but it wouldn't surprise me.

So what do you do if you are on annual, how soon before the end of your plan do you make the change? I would think it be best to port out and in regardless which is why I prefer to switch to monthly

If you took the deal:
225+450=675 if you renew at annual rate on second year

If status quo: 35x24=840

You'll still be ahead by 165 on the third year. Who knows that deals will be available then. You can port out and back in then...
